How do we upgrade to latest version?

I'm a little confused on how my company can get the latest version of Telerik Q3 2010 reporting package?  We have 2 license subscription (just recently renewed) but I don't see any way to upgrade our Q2 2010 to Q3 2010 ... is there a download page and/or upgrade page -- all I see is the "Trial Version"?

Telerik Reporting is available in your account download section. Just install it on your dev machine and run theUpgrade Wizard that will guide you through the process of upgrading the projects and files of the current open solution to a newer version of Telerik Reporting.

The project I'm working on has several Telerik reports; Q2 2009 SP1. I've installed Q1 2011 SP1 and am trying to upgrade the project. When I click on the Telerik menu item in the VS IDE, I'm not seeing the upgrade wizard option. See attachment. I tried the manual process of upgrading some time ago and it was a disaster. At that time, we'd decided to keep this project at Q2 2009. We are currently having problems with Q2 2009 and are again considering the upgrade option, but can't figure out how to get the upgrade wizard to show up.
