There is an entire demo dedicated to Swimlane diagrams in the examples.

Hello Dmitry,
The WPF Demos application allows you to see the code of most examples which means that you can copy paste it in a new project and run it on your side. However, some examples don't show the entire code. In this case you can go to your telerik.com account and get the demos Visual Studio solution from the Downloads section. This is described in the Installing WPF Demos article. Note that in order to see this download you will need to have a trial or purchased version of UI for WPF.
