How can Tooltip be implemented in Telerik WinForms?

Are there any options to make a tooltip in which you can place Text, Buttons, etc.?

Something like this:

The provided screenshot illustrates a callout. We already have a feature request for such a control. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your comments on the following link - feedback item.

Note that this is just a sample approach and it may not cover all possible cases. Feel free to modify and extend it in a way which suits your requirements best.
