How can I aggregate by median and mode in the Report Desigener (stand allone)

Hello,

I have created a report with several groups.
These groups should display different aggregated values.
See picture 1.

Average and number are of course no problem.
But median and mode already rather.
For each group requires an array with the corresponding sorted values for the calculation.

I use the Rport Designer (stand allone) with the Report Server and need an aggregate function for median and mode.
How can I implement this?

Hi Frank,

Built-in aggregate functions we provide are listed in Aggregate Functions article where median and mode functions are not supported out-of-the-box. You can still create a custom aggregate function and use it inside report expressions. How to implement custom aggregate functions is elaborated in User Aggregate Functions help article.

Note that to use custom functions inside the Standalone Designer it needs to be extended - check Extending Report Designer help article for reference.
You can also log a request into our feedback portal for providing median and mode functions out-of-the-box.
