To clarify items in the list of a combobox I need to alternate background color, like in a gridiew or similar.

Thank you for contacting us.
Attached you will find a sample project in which is illustrated the use of ItemContainerStyleSelector property of the ComboBox. Via this property and a converter you can colour each odd and even item of the ComboBox in different colours.
