Hi Team,
In one of the web pages in our application, we have 2 fixed columns and 136 scrolling columns. But the horizontal scroll is not working in IE11, whereas it is working fine in Chrome and IE10. We are using Telerik Version: 2012.3.1205.35. Can you please help us in solving this? The issue started to occur since May 26, 2016.

For IE 11 support you have to install new version of the suite, because version 2012.3 1205 does not support it, which might be what causes the problem on your end.
Meanwhile, you can try the same RadGrid with few columns only and see if it makes any difference. You can also inspect your browser's console to see if there are any JavaScript errors that could be breaking the functionality of the control.

It is always recommended to upgrade to the latest versions, so you could download version 2016.2 607 from your Telerik account. Additional information could be found at the following help articles:

Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thank you for our reply and Links.
I downloaded TelerikControlPanelSetup_2016_3_0616_1.exe from my Telerik Account and tried to install them. But I got error (screenshot attached) stating that WININET.dll could not be located. Is there any way to fix that?
This seems to be a problem with your operating system and not with the the installer. Please take a look at the following topic, where the same problem is discussed:

Hi Admin,
I have upgraded the version after fixing the OS issue. Should I uninstall the old versions for the new update to work? Please find the screen shots for more details.
As long as you are referencing the new version in your project, there should be no problems with the existing old version. However, you could take a look at the following help topic for some tips for upgrading to a newer version:
Hope this helps.

If there are no JavaScript errors in the browser's console while you are opening the page, there still might be problems with the styles with the old version, because as I have mentioned, the IE 11 is not supported with it and the will be missing styles that could cause such problem with older version. However, if the issue persists with the new version and in order for us to be able to investigate the problem, we will need a sample, runnable project replicating the problematic behavior. For attaching the files you can open a regular support ticket.
