Hi,
i have the requirement to show the horizontal scroll bar on the rad grid in windows form application. i have checked the property horizontalscrollstate but it is not working.

Hi, 

What have you got it set to? To always show a horizontal scrollbar on a RadGridView you should set
Me.RadGridView1.MasterTemplate.HorizontalScrollState = Telerik.WinControls.UI.ScrollState.AlwaysShow
