I have an issue with resizable grid columns when the scroll of the page is moved from left to right.
The columns can be resizable, with the mouse, ONLY when the scroll has a fixed position, in the left of the grid .
In case the list has more columns then the scroll, and the scroll is moved to the right, the resizable property is not working. The columns cannot be resizable using drag and drop any more.

Thank you for sharing what you have found as not working properly.
Indeed, this is a bug and we are aware of it. A fix is available in the 2019.2.718 internal build, in case you are still in development (internal builds are not suitable for production).
The fix will also be added to our next official release (planned for mid-September) so you can upgrade to it when once it becomes available. Yet, if you need this in a live site, the option is to revert to the R2 2019 (2019.2.514) where the bug is not present.
