Hi,
Do you have a step-by-step for building the helpdesk demo app?
Using your final product as a guide, I'm trying to build from scratch as a way of learning the controls. It's not going well though. That's why a step-by-step would be a useful learning tool.

Thank you for writing.
We do not have a step-by-step tutorial for our HelpDesk application. However we have such a tutorial for all RadControls for WinForms. You can download it from this link. Please note, that this tutorial contains some outdated information and it is currently in process of updating. Very soon we will release the updated version (in a matter of a few weeks).
Meanwhile, I can suggest to use mostly our online documentation which is updated on weekly basis.
