Could someone please help:  I am completely new to Telerik reporting.  I have been asked to create a report that will display static headers on the first column and then dynamically add columns to the right for the data.  I have attached a sample of what I'm trying to do.

Could someone please recommend a way to do this.  Would a table do this.

Thanks

Dave.

Hello David,

It seems that what you need is a rotated Table, i.e. a Table in which rows have become columns and vise-versa. You can rotate a table from the Table item's context menu in the report designer. More details about the Table reporting item could be found in the Table/Crosstab/List help article.

Todo:

Thanks for the response.  Question, now that I have a table that is rotated counter clockwise, where the headers are on the left and new rows will be added on the right, how do I set the row height in the table.  I found that I can right click on the bottom cell ( conceptually the farthest left column of a normal table) and select "Add Row", which inserts a new row at the bottom of the table (ie: farthest left side of a normal horizontal table)  But I want to make sure all rows are consistent in height.

Dave.

Hi David,

Each row in the Table item has property RowHeight - equivalent to ColumnWidth of the table column. You can find it the Properties of the table row -> Layout ->RowHeight. By default the menu is in the bottom right corner of the Standalone Designer.
