Grouping in Virtual mode of RadGridView

... there is a way to be able to do grouping with the treeview-like look as in data bound mode but for virtual mode. The solution seemed as though it has been communicated privately for one developer instead of for everyone that maybe needing the solution. I wonder what the reasoning might have been for doing so. In any case, I am facing such a problem and looking for some guidance. Specifically, I am looking for the API to be able to render treeview in the grid as well as any example code snippet.

When I click on "here". it takes me to telerik blogs:

and on the page, t says:

I am thinking that the sample exists and I just don't know where it might be on the telerik site. If someone could locate it, it would be much appreciated.

Hi Ed,

Please find you answer in the thread which you have mentioned.

In regards to the mentioned article, it concerns grouping of RadGridView in non virtual mode and also it refers to an outdated version of the control - most of the functionality used there is completely changed.
