Hi ankit,
Currently RadGridView does not support this functionality. However, the feature is in our feature request list and we will consider implementing it in one of our upcoming releases. Nevertheless, please describe in detail your scenario and we will try to find the best possible option using our current implementation. We will also appreciate your feedback, because it will help us to shape better our future functionality.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Best wishes,
Jack

Hi ankit, thank you for the feedback. We appreciate it. As I understand you want a property grid. This will be also possible using our new tree control that will be released with the upcoming Q1 release.

Hi,
Changing the row/column orientation is not possible in RadGridView. However, as you suggested something similar to this feature is available in RadPivotGrid. When using this control you can choose which fields to be used as columns and which as rows. Currently RadPivotGrid is in its first beta version and we will appreciate your feedback and ideas for new functionality.
In addition we offer the RadPropertyGrid control which can present object properties ordered vertically in rows.
I hope this will help you to choose the right control for the job. if you have further questions, do not hesitate to ask.
Kind regards,
Jack
