Hi Support,

I change my export to excel function to be able to have xlsx format instead of xls. So I change my ExportToExcelML to use GridViewSpreadExport function.

Everything works properly except the group column start in column B instead of column A. My users prefer when the data start in column A. You can see the difference between the old and the new format.

Is it possible that the group column start in column A like it was before?

Regards,

Nadia

Hi Nadia,

Thank you for writing.

Currently, we do not have a property which controls the indented columns. I have added a feature request for such in our Feedback Portal. You can track the item for status changes and add your vote for it here.

Until this is resolved you can manually modify the document after it is exported. More information about this is available in the following documentation section: Spread Processing.

Your Telerik Points have been updated for this request.

Should you have any other questions do not hesitate to ask.

Regards,
Dimitar
