I'm having a problem with the kendo Grid when I configure it for selectable: "row".
If I click around quickly on the grid, I get into a state where the currently selected row doesn't follow the cell currently being edited.
I couldn't figure out how to reproduce it reliably, but usually within 4-5 fast clicks it will happen.
The behavior occurs on Firefox, Chrome, and IE.

See the attached image.

Hello Andrew,

I tried your scenario and I think I reproduced the same issue that you experience.

This happens in the following order of events inside an editable cell:
  1. MouseDown
  2. MoveMove
  3. MouseUp
Basically when you make such small "drag" the selection is not applied however you are entering edit mode which ends with the difference that you noticed.

I contacted our Dev team and we discussed that we cannot change this behavior because this is needed to allow our users to actually select (mark) text which can be copied (other way text selection is not possible).

| am sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
