Thank you for writing.
I managed to reproduce the undesired behavior and I have logged this issue in our feedback portal. You can track its progress, subscribe for status changes and add your vote/comment to it on the following link - feedback item. I have also updated your Telerik points.
The issue is already in development and a fix will be introduced with our next official release, scheduled for January 2016. For the time being please use the workaround in the attached project. The project also includes a solution for another RightToLeft issue which is also going to be fixed with the official release.
I am also sending you a short animation showing the result on my end.
