Please see attached project, when clicking on the grid detail expand button windows scrolls to the top and a # is appended to the url in the address bar. Detail row does not expand. Works correctly in earlier versions. Did something change, am I missing a resource?

The project seems to be missing, probably it did not attach properly.
Could you see whether you have the same issue as in this demo, or is your setup different: https://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/grid/serverdetails? If it is similar, then you have hit a known bug that you can track here: https://github.com/telerik/kendo-ui-core/issues/2189. If not, could you send me the example so I can take a look?
