Adding a marker listner for MouseDown allows me to show info windows (Click doesn't work reliably), however I can't get the close icon button to work in the info window... I guess this is to do with the KendoUI but I'm not sure how to get around it?

This issue will be fixed in upcomming Kendo Mobile releases.
Also if you run the application on Android devices you must set the "color" of the map container to black, otherwise the info window will inherit white from its parent and the content of the info window won't be visible.

Is there a time scale on this? My client has been testing the app, and this is an area that he has picked up on, and I'm keen to resolve it.

Is it possible to get a newer beta?

WOOHOO fixed all my issues so far! YEA... shame this has to be done in a roundabout way, and not something available to Icenium developers :(
