RadGanttView currently does not support such feature, that is why I added it in our Public Issue Tracking System as a new feature request. The item is located on this address. From there you can vote/comment for it or subscribe for item changes. I have also updated your Telerik Points for the report.
Regarding your questions about RadGanttView's documentation - we are currently working on it and will do our best to release it soon. When ready it will be available in the Help Section of our website.
