hi there
im building a gantt chart components right now, and wondering if there is a way to reorder the task it self to up/down?
i noticed there is an API for RowContextMenu which return a level in there which i believed is the one responsible in ordering the task
however there is no such function or api to exactly do the reordering

Hello, Nico,
With the current implementation of the Gannt Chart reordering the rows is only possible through sorting. As for the level property, it only returns the indexes for the parent and current element but their order can not be modified through it. I can suggest logging a feature request in our feedback portal where we monitor the interest over different requests and the most popular ones are implemented in future releases:
