Format Column headers of Grid Before Exporting to Excel

Hi, 

We are having a grid which should be exported to Excel. As this grid contains large data we are slanting the grid header columns to an angle.

So when we export this data to excel, we would like to rotate the header columns to 90 degrees. We have gone through this link

Can you help us on this?

Hello Sripriya,

Rotating the text in the exported sheet is currently not supported and there is no suitable workaround that we could suggest.

We already have a logged feature request to make it possible to rotate the cell content and I have added a vote on your behalf and on behalf of Sripriya here:

It looks like this feature has potentia. Since new functionalities are implemented based on demand and popularity of our clients,the more popularity it gains, the sooner it will be pushed forward for implementation.
