Flickering of RadGridView

Hello,

I am using RadGridView on my Window. On adding and Removing rows on RadGridView it start Flickering and not allow to work on it.

My grid have columns like:

1. RadDatePicker 

2.CheckBox

3.GridViewComboBoxColumn.

4. TextBox

Please help me how to stop this  Flickering  of Grid.

Do you have our latest service pack (Q3 SP2)? Can you try the same scenario with Q1 2010 to see what will be the result?
