I've seen the samples that show filtering and grouping by resources, but I want to filter and group by category. Is there any way to achieve this?

Unfortunately this is not supported scenario in RadScheduleView control. I would suggest you to create resources like the categories.

Hi Rene,
Unfortunately filtering by Category is still not supported from the ScheduleView and currently it is not scheduled for implementation. However this has been logged in our public issue tracking system as a feature request and you can vote for it on the following link:
