I am currently evaluating Kendo UI. I had a question about Grid.

Is there a way to have extra filter on a column but only with "And" operator. I need to get rid of the "Or" operator.

Yes, this could be achieved. A sample approach would be to bind to the filterMenuInit event, which is fired when the filter menu is initialized, and remove the OR option from the dropdownlist. Here is a small example that demonstrates the approach.
