The editor sample on http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-mvc/editor/imagebrowser does not show an implementation of FileBrowserController, and it does not say anything about it being required.
Maybe you could add the FileBrowserController to the sample page?

Thank you for the suggestion. Our current demo platform does not make this change trivial, but we have logged it for consideration for upcoming releases. For the time being, you can find the file within the distribution package.
