Hello All,

We have a bunch of reports that we export as PDF and they work well.

We export one of those reports to Excel and when we open the file in Excel is informs us there was an error

Repaired Records: Format from /xl/styles.xml part (Styles)

The report is not complex, but it does have a graphic on the top of the page.

any suggestions ?

thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

The possible reasons for such errors are usually related to Excel 2003 to Excel 2007/2010 migration, compatibility with Excel 2003, Excel hotfixes, etc. Please check if that is the case by creating simpler reports. You can also check our examples, which are located in Start menu -> Telerik -> Reporting Q2 2012 -> Visual Studio 2010 Examples -> C# Solution.

We were unable to reproduce such an issue at our end so in order to help you we will need additional information, such as your current setup, your goals and steps to reproduce the problem. Additionally you can send us a runnable sample that exhibits the issue as viewing/debugging locally the project will speed up identifying the culprit.
