Export To PDF With table of contents

Does the PDF exporter have built in functionality to build a TOC?  One way I thought about doing this was using hash anchors.  Is that supported?

Currently, the Kendo UI PDF export does not support making an automatical TOC.

I can suggest submitting a feature request and based on its popularity we may implement it in a future release:

Also, I can suggest checking our reporting tool and submitting a question to them, as that tool has more enhanced capabilities when it comes to generating PDF reports:
