Formatting the HTML in this way is not currently supported. All of the export settings available can be viewed here

Thank you for writing.
You can export the visual setting from RadGridView by using the ExportVisualSettings property of the exporter. Furthermore, you can tweak the appearance by using the formatting events. More information regarding this matter can be found here: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/gridview-exporting-data-export-to-html.html.

Hi Stefan,
You're referring to a document for exporting from a RadGridView. I'm talking about export to formatted HTML from a RichTextBox.

Indeed, the output produced by html export has some room for improvement, and currently there is no way to tweak this feature. We will consider this possibility in one of the next releases.
