Export to excel for row template is not working properly

Export to excel for general grid is working fine. 

Export to excel for row template is not working properly.

Please check the demo example(http://dojo.telerik.com/@souro/uHiYE) for the same.

 Version Details:

2015.2.624 for all (kendo,jquery,jszip).

Please reply back with the proper reason.

Is export to excel option there for column template as i am not able to see any demo for the same?

Hello Sourabrata,

Any template (row, column, detail) is not used during Excel export, as it may contain HTML entities that cannot be converted to Excel values. The Grid will use the column configuration and retrieve the appropriate values from the dataSource. If the template does not contain HTML, you could check a sample approach for applying it on a cell level in the following example.
