One of our users is reporting that when they select the export option (pdf, excel etc) the link for "Export" does not enable. No one else has this problem. Has anyone seen this, and do you have any idea how to resolve it? Paging works fine for example.

Hi Joel,
Please provide more details:
which report viewer are you using?
if ASP.NET/Silverlight viewers, what is the browser used and which version?
what is the operating system on which that happens?
can they repeat this on another machine, or it is a machine specific problem?
This is using asp.net 5.5.11.713. We have seen a similar problem when using radformdecorator if no other controls are on the page, but that effects everyone. This page has plenty of controls on the page however and everyone is fine except 1 person. I am unsure of the exact platform of the salesperson, I believe it is windows 7, ie 8.

Hello Joel,
Yes, we're aware of the interoperability problem with radformdecorator, but if this was the problem it would not work for anyone. Without more information we cannot be sure what is the problem. Ask your user to try another browser or clean/disable the installed add-ons/plug-ins from the current browser he's using.
