Hi Gerben,
As far as I know, the RadScheduler does not support this directly. You could however write your own way of getting the appointments from Exchange and then import the appointments using a custom file. Have a look at this link for more information.
Hope that helps

Is it possible to use the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX Exchange Provider:

for the Exchange sync with the WinForms Controls?

Hi,
I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar at all with that area of the Telerik products. The best place to ask may be the forums for ASP.NET AJAX. Or hang on for the official Telerik response on this. My apologies I can't answer this question.
If there's anything else though, then let me know and if I can answer if, I'll do my best to help

Hello Gerben,
Thank you for writing. You can export ICal format file and import it in the MSExchange. Or, you can write your own export to create a file in a specific format that you prefer. You can find the necessary documentation here.
As to your last question, you can't use the ASP.NET AJAX Exchange Provider in the WinForms RadScheduler.
