Excel Like Filtering - Set filter on startup

We are using the Excel like filtering feature. Upon startup I would like to set specific entries in a column as attached. How can I do this?

Hi Terry,

The Excel-like filtering is using complex composite filters and this is why it is not synchronized by default. The following post shows how you can create a filter which will be respected by the excel-like filtering: Issue with Filters when added programmatically - GridView - UI for WinForms Forum
