I'm using MVC wrappers and was wondering how I would export to excel with some extra columns that were not visible in the grid?

Hello Alan Mosley,
Please refer to the Export to Grid hide columns forum discussion that shows how to include some hidden columns to the excel export (show them before export the grid to excel).
