Hey Guys
Please see attached image. All text columns and column titles look fine in the Kendo Grid. ( They handle the Swedish Characters fine)
But when I export to excel , the headers can't show the Swedish characters. ( Excel columns are fine)
I'm a bit stumped about what to even check with this issue.
Can someone suggest some things to even check / try?
Many thanks
Rob

Hello Rob,
I tried to reproduce the issue in the following example, but to no avail. Am I missing something here? If possible, could you modify the example in order to demonstrate the problem?

Resolved now thanks.. check out my question on StackOverflow.
It was a bit strange that the Title looked on in the Grid but exported wrong, but resolved now anyway.

Hello Rob,
Thanks for the update. I was not aware that the MVC Grid was used.
I wish you a great day!

I thought I was using kendo grid in an mvc environment.
The grid is created in JavaScript and using all the kendo examples (I gave up trying to use the mvc helper stuff with razor vb )
I spent ages trying to get things working until, I started using the kendo docs and examples.
oh well it's all working now.. So I'll just put it down to something else I don't understand.
