When I try to set multiple group-by columns by dragging a column into a position that isn't at the end, I get a strange behavior where the column heading I'm dragging gets stuck when I release the mouse.
See this JSFiddle, an example provided by from another thread in this forum.
Browser Detail: Google Chrome 18, Win7 64-bit.
This happens on every groupable:true grid I've used with a groupFooterTemplate, but I don't have the problem when using IE9, or FF10.0.2 on the same machine.

Hello Nick,

Unfortunately, I'm unable to observed the described behavior using the provided sample. Please take a look at this short video which captures the sample's local behavior and let me know if I'm missing something obvious.

I'm not sure what's missing... but using the same example on my machine gives the following result:

I've disabled all add-ons from Chrome, and even tried Incognito Mode to ensure there wasn't an issue with temporary files / cache, etc.

Hi Nick,

Looking at the video you have provided, it seems that your browser is zoomed in. Could you please clear the zoom and see if there is change in the observed behavior.

Thanks. That seemed to have fixed the issue for me...
Is this a known bug in the Grid control?
How can I prevent my users having the problem if I use the Kendo Grid control in our products? Do you have a workaround for this?

Hello Nick,
We will fix this behavior, so even with zoomed page grouping will behave properly. The fix will be available in the next internal builds.
All the best,
