Hi,

Can you please support our company about an error rendering Report? t really big problem exiled my system .Please see error in my attachment , It seems that DeleteItem function process so slow and cache locking problem is exposed. we need you explain more about this function and give me some prediction about this exception. Thanks

Hi Hao,

Please check the Reporting REST service's Storage configuration and update it to FileStorage or MsSqlServerStorage|RedisStorage depending on the hosting environment - Rest Service Storage.

Assure the application has read/write access to the selected cache storage.


If you are using an older version of Telerik Reporting, we highly recommend you to upgrade to R1 2017 - Installing and Upgrading.


If you need further help, please let us know which version of Telerik Reporting is used, and what is the Reporting REST Service's implementation.
