Error Open Property Builder

Hello there,

i recently create a new project with telerik WinForm Q1 2011.1.11.419 and visual basic 2010...
i just added office2010BlackTheme then
i have problem when i want to open the property builder on radGridView or radMultiColumnComboBox...

and here's the message:
"Error Invoking "Open Property Builider". Details: Must Specify valid Information for parsing in the string"

is that possible a bug..??
for your information, i'm using windows 7 SP1 32bit.

I've got the same problem when I upgraded form 2011.1.11.315 to 2011.1.11.419 version

Windows XP SP3
Visual Studio 2010 SP1

We did experience such an issue with Q1 2011 SP1, which is addressed in an internal build. Please download the first internal build associated with Q1 2011 SP1. You can download the internal build from your account.
