error on login to telerik using cmd

when I try to login to telerik using cmd I faced to attached error.

I run this command:
npm login --registry=https://registry.npm.telerik.com/ --scope=@progress

Due to issues with the privately-scoped Progress registry, the Kendo UI for Angular packages are now published on npmjs.com. The Progress NPM Registry is now retired.

Additionally, you will need a License key to use the Kendo packages in the Angular project.
