I was playing with the Q3 DatePicker Demo. I noticed the following:
When I open the picker after having enterd a date using the keyboard the picker alway closes after the first click. Even when this click is no date selection (i.e. clicking the header, to go to "month-choose-mode")
Is this inentionally ?

Hi,
We also found an issue when you type in a day name, ie "tuesday". This used to be supported, brining up the date for the closest Tuesday. It now throws an exception.
UPDATE: This maybe an existing issue. We realised that this seems to be happening because it is the end of the month. As today is the 30/11/09 if I type in "Wednesday" which is 2 days from now, the resulting date becomes 32/11/09 - an invalid date and exception raised. However if I type in Sunday the resulting date is 29/11/09 - still a valid date and no exceptions thrown.

The issue faced by you is possible to happen as the time parser that is used by the RadDatePicker is not covering all possible situations and date formats. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
