i wanted to know if there is an example of that feature ( End-User Capabilities) in telerik reports. Its possible allow to the user to create their own queries? Everything working with OLAP? i wanna build, a web-cube where the user can select data and work with it. is that posible throught telerik reporting?

Telerik Reporting includes a stand alone WPF report designer. That you can redistribute to your clients for free.
Up to your OLAP inquiry, the CubeDataSource component enables data items to retrieve data from an OLAP cube using Microsoft Analysis Services with little or no extra code. The CubeDataSource component is available in Visual Studio and stand alone report designers.
