Is there a way in Kendo to define an empty data template?

Hello Steve,
I do not understand your question, could you please clarify it?
Are you asking whether there is a way to define a template that will be used in case the field contains no data? If that is the case, I suggest to implement this logic with JavaScript condition inside the template definition.
