Hello Jonathan,
I am assuming that you are using BingMapProvider. The BingMapProvider is based on Bing SOAP services. Microsoft stopped their SOAP services so our BingMapProvider from R3 2016 is maked as obsolete and it is deleted from our suite in R1 2017. It was replaced with the BingMapRestProvider which uses the REST services. You can download the latest version of our controls and you will be able to use the new rest provider.
