Dynamic Contents Page

Hi 

 Quick question to put out there, is it possible using Telerik Reporting to create a contents page that is built from either section names or sub reports within the main report.

 

This needs to reflect sub reports etc if they are programatically added too

 

Is this at all possible and if so could someone point me to some examples of how to do this.

If you would like to build a customized table of contents for the report you can use Bookmarks.

Hi Nasko 

 Thanks for the info i have had a quick read over the documentation.  So can i create a table in my report and pull out all the Bookmarks programatically into the table so it is like a traditional table of contents as in a word document. Also is it possible to pull in the page number that the Bookmark is in and add this to either the document map or the table i mention. ?

Hello Tony,

The report is paged after all of its items are processed and bound to data. Therefore, it is not possible to place any page information inside a Table item. Currently, inserting a table of contents inside the report itself is not an option.
