Dropdown Selection Issue

"Select" is showing up next to the selected dropdown item. Please refer to the video for the same.

The provided information is insufficient in order to determine what is going wrong. Please paste the relevant code snippets or if possible create a Dojo test page which isolates the issue.

Steps to recreate this issue:

1. Load the app

2. Click on Appointments.

3. A view will be rendered

4. Then select  from dropdown labeled as "Please select your request".

5.  It is showing "select" next to the selected item.

In my previous reply I asked for a sample test page or the relevant code snippets. Providing a URL to the application will not help us identify where the problem comes from.
