The short answer is no. Currently every time the report is previewed, paged, navigated back to or exported, it is processed and rendered from scratch. Clearly, this can be improved, but we have not implemented caching mechanism yet.
Our current goal is to cover some reporting functionality we still lack and then we will move to the performance optimizations and productivity.
