Drawer, expanded by default

Hi there,

I am using Kendo UI for ASP.NET MVC.

I am interested in using the Drawer as a side menu, but I can't seem to find a way to have it expanded by default when the page loads.  Is this possible?

Hi Mark,

The Drawer doesn't have a configuration that can set it in expanded mode on initialization. There is this feature request that is about the same functionality. You can vote for it. If the request collects enough votes we can consider the implementation of this functionality in the future. 

You can also check this forum thread that also discusses the case with the expanded/collapsed state of the Drawer.
