Drag and drop outside of the Treeview broken in chrome?

Hi

I use chrome as my main browser and after updating to 2014.3.1119 I can no longer drag a tree item outside of the Tree view.

The demo at http://demos.telerik.com/kendo-ui/treeview/dragdrop also doesn't work.

It works fine using IE 11.

Is this a bug/chrome issue or is there a way to enable it for chrome?

Hello Mark,

I'm not sure how to replicate this behavior. Here is a short screen cast showing that I'm able to drag TreeView items outside the widget.

I have since installed 3 different versions of chrome and the issue still persists, I have also found this issue is affecting ANY kendo draggable object not just tree views. My colleagues are also unable to replicate the issue.

I'm at a loss for what has caused this but have recorded what is happening.

Hello Mark,

I'm glad to inform you that we've found the cause of this behavior. It is due to bug in the Q3 2014 version and is only reproducible in Chrome on touch device. 

This issue should already been fixed in the latest internal builds. Please upgrade and let us know if the problem persists.
