Drag and drop feature is not behaving as expected. When trying to drag and drop an item from one place to another, it always gets dropped at the end of the targeted parent node and not at the desired place. As a result it becomes the last node of the parent. Can't move a node in between two nodes.

The provided information is not enough for me to be sure what is causing the behavior observed. I tried reproducing the reported behavior on our TreeView Drag and Drop Demo but to no avail. Attached is a screencast of one of my attempts. Did I miss anything crucial while trying to reproduce the issue? Are there any crucial steps I need to take to reproduce the issue?
Is it possible to isolate the behavior so it can be observed? This way I would be able to investigate further.
