Hello Najoua,
Yes, drag & drop for cell content is a very powerful feature. We will definitely implement it for one of our future versions. Unfortunately it is not planed for Q2 2007. We will watch closely on user requests and if needed will reschedule our feature list.

Hello,
Is there functionality yet to drag a cell from one to another and copy the contents to the cell you dropped it on?
While not necessary, another nice feature would be to provide an option list after the drop to add, subtract, or replace the contents of the cell you dropped it on.
Thanks,
Curtis

Actually, I meant for this question to be for the RadGrid for ASP.NET or Prometheus, not WinForms Grid.
Thanks,
Curtis

Hello Wayne,
Please, could you post your question in the ASP.NET Grid forum? This way we will not confuse our WinForms clients with ASP.NET information. Thanks in advance.

Hi.
Was this cell drag and drop feature ever added to the grid? If so, is there an example or if not, is it scheduled to be included?
Thanks.

Is drag and drop rows (in same grid) now available in WinForms grid, or will it be available in 2010Q1?

Hi Jigar,
Thank you for writing.
You can achieve drag and drop between RadGridView instances by handling the events of the RadGridViewDragDropService class. I am enclosing sample project that demonstrates how you can do that.
Let us know if you have any additional questions.
