Drag and Drop from PanelBar to Canvas !

Hi,

     I've created a panel bar similar to the demo in the below url. The panel bar have icons.

     I've a (MindFusion diagram) canvas in the same page in my application.

     I want to drag and drop the icon from the panel bar (in the right side) and create a diagram node in the canvas (in the left side) in the dropped location.

     May I know how to do that?

Hi Raju,

The PanelBar component does not support Drag-and-Drop out of the box, neither such interaction with other third-party and/or custom components. Currently the only way to achieve the desired functionality would be via some custom implementation, relying on the HTML5 DOM Drag-and-Drop API and custom logic for adding the dragged element/icon to the diagram depending on this component's API and supported functionalities.

Meanwhile please support the following feature request from our Feedback portal:

We will consider providing a generic Drag-and-Drop solution based on the customer demand.
