I'm really new to Telerik.  We've purchased the suite a while ago, but haven't had a chance to use it yet.  Now I'm trying to.  I've installed it onto my desktop, and so has my colleague.  When creating a new WPF project, selecting the Telerik RAD projects, all I have in the Project Configuration Wizard, if a Components tab.  My colleague has the Components tab and a Theme tab.  Why is it that I don't have the Theme's tab, and how do I get it?

Hi Rod,

May you verify that you have used the same version of RadControls/WPF?
We had some issues related to the Project Configuration Wizard and we decided to remove it.
Since the WPF themes are not in separate assemblies you do not need this tab in WPF. The themes are incorporated in Telerik.Windows.Controls for WPF and adding a reference to a particular theme is not neccesary. I suggest that your colleague uses a different version where the Theme tab still exists for WPF.

Will you check this one and let me know whether the issue still persists?

Hi Vanya,

Thank you for responding to my question.  How do I check what version of the RadControls/WPF I have, and what version my colleague has?

I have the following 4 Telerik assemblies in my project:

  • Telerik.Windows.Controls
  • Telerik.Windows.Controls.GridView
  • Telerik.Windows.Controls.Input
  • Telerik.Windows.Data

All have a version number of 4.0.30319

Hello,

This the framework version - not our assemblies version.

Sorry, I don't know how to determine the Telerik framework version.
